Free workshops are being held for alumni and students at the new Community Learning Network classroom facility on the south side of Indianapolis. The new classroom facility is located at 555 E. County Line Road, Greenwood (just west of the Greenwood Airport). There will be two career workshops and one COBRA workshop. The workshops will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2010.  Registration is at 8:30 a.m. with the first set of workshops beginning at 9:00 a.m.  The same set of workshops will be repeated at 10:15 a.m. Attendees will need to select which workshop they plan to attend during each time slot.  To register for the workshops, click on the Registration button. Seating is limited so please register early. You are welcome to bring a guest but you need to make a reservation for them.

We’ll look at two candidates and see what they did right along the way—and where they could have improved! Learn what it takes to get where you want to go.

Job Search 2010—Keep Your Job Search HOT in Today’s COOL Economy!

We will focus on strategies for job searching, interviewing, and networking in the current economy. Are you sending lots of emails? Not getting phone calls? We’ll discuss where to find positions, who you need to contact, and strategies to conduct an effective job search in today’s economy.
